At Marble and Tile USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation purchase. If your selection is not the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for unused, boxed materials in their original condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all tiles or stone slabs are securely packed in their original manufacturer packaging with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the return label and ship the materials back to our distribution center; we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for high-value stone products.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage and confirms the quantity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
